As is so often the case in California strip mall restaurants, the exterior looked nondescript, but don’t let it fool you: Fortune Garden is fantastic! The portions are extremely generous and the food tasted so fresh and flavorful. The chow mein was packed with perfected cooked, crisp/tender veggies. “
